I’m Nathaniel Johnson — founder of That Digital Strategist. For 18+ years I’ve lived inside the systems that quietly run modern business: marketing automation, CRM, data, and now agentic AI. I’ve spent 14+ of those years architecting enterprise tech stacks for companies you’ve heard of — Microsoft, Adobe, Box, Workday, NTT Data, and more — making the machines do the work so the humans could do what actually matters.
